Does not cover water damage or miss use of cells ! Over discharge of the pack ie if cells are below 2.5V is not included with warranty.
Please double check your board is shut off and not left on and not stored away with a empty battery this can likely over discharge the battery Pulling it below the safe recovery point which is not covered under warranty.
